brand new, built in September 2007, located in the Lake Las Vegas
Resort gated community. Lake Las Vegas is the internationally
acclaimed private lakeside and golf resort which offers some of the
most pristine lake frontage in the Henderson valley.

If you’re looking for a place to relax in Las Vegas, without the
hustle and bustle of the Strip, then you’ve come to the right place. 
Why stay on the Strip, when you can vacation at a world-renown luxury

you enter the gated community, you will be captivated by the
impressive views of waterfalls on your right, a picturesque golf

highest peak of the Lake Las Vegas Resort.  With an elevation 500 ft
above the MonteLago Village and championship golf courses, it will
offer breathtaking views of the entire resort and the desert landscape.  

Our Luxurious Villa is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home with 1,601 square
feet of chic style & comfort.  With an award winning 5-Star interior
design, our accommodations include a fully equipped kitchen featuring
granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, wine glass cabinet,
toaster oven w/ microwave.  Our great room features a state-of-the-art
42" HD LCD TV with a DVD player, wireless internet, gas fireplace,
travertine floors and a cozy sofa sleeper.  Designed with comfort in
mind, the master bedroom suite features a Cal-King bed, His-and-Hers
sinks, 32" LCD TV with built in DVD, a balcony and a breath-taking
view of the Lake and majestic hillside.  Choose between bathing in a
soothing tub or a separate stone-tile shower with down pouring rain
style showerhead; you’ll find this Villa accommodates your greatest
needs.  Our 2nd & 3rd rooms include a generous Queen sized bed and 2
Twin beds, both featuring LCD TVs with DVD players and a grand view of
the club house with vineyards lined up to the top.

Whether it’s relaxing poolside at the LaCasa Di Agio Community Club
House or enjoying a stroll around the vineyards that decorate the
countryside of the "V" community, it’s exploration and fun all rolled
into one.  The Club House also features a fitness center, club room,
and a multi-terrace pool area with a Mediterranean-style spa, tanning
beds, rain showers and an outdoor living room with fireplace and barbecue.

Down in the MonteLago Village, there are a wealth of amenities from
pampering spas, gourmet restaurants, stylish casino, an expedient
helipad, full service marina with watercraft rentals and yacht
cruises, and a full array of high-end shopping and dining.  During the
night one can also view performances on the floating stage which often
has a wide array of showings various nights of the week.  This, along
with the sparkling beauty of stars reflecting on Lake Las Vegas truly
