Crestview 1 bed + 2 bath...0.7 mi. to Village! in Mammoth Lakes

We are located in the Crestview Complex between the Village and
Canyon Lodge (Warming Hut II). There are 2 blue line shuttle stops
just outside the condo complex. We have one bedroom and two
bathrooms. Besides the bedroom there is a sleeping nook by the
second bathroom with just enough space to "get away" from the living
area (but still close enough to feel part of what is going on).

The condo faces the Sherwin Bowls, not the street. We get wonderful
light in the condo in the winter.

We have underground parking, which is great on those 2 foot days we
get in Mammoth. The condo has 1 queen bed and one bunk bed with a
double on the bottom and twin on the top.

All linens and towels are provided, but we do recommend that you
bring a beach towel for the jacuzzi,since the towels are not allowed
outside the condo. We have a full set of dishes, glasses, utensils,
and those all important wine glasses.

We strive to make the condo your home away from home.

Summer rates (4/30-9/8): $100/night (no minimum)

Fall rates (9/9-start of ski season): $75/nt (no mimimum)

Also if you have a bigger party, or if this condo is rented, please
still email me, I am renting another condo across the hall from ours
for the same rates. We could rent out both for a party up to 10. (It
is great for two families who want their own space)

Cleaning fee $75
All rentals are subject to a 13% Transient Occupancy Tax (bed tax)

Why are our prices so low?? Our goal is to get return renters and
build a relationship with them. We want you to enjoy our condo year
after year as much as we have enjoyed it.
