Vacation Rental Description

55+over community.   The home is located in a very quiet,peaceful,
clean and well maintained neighborhood. Two large bedrooms with
spacious walk-in closets, and 2 baths.  Living room with big-screen
TV, DVD,VHS, AM/FM
Stereo.  

Master bedroom includes TV with built-in DVD player.  Elegant
dining room with Ethan Allen furniture.  Eat-in kitchen.  Plantation
shutters and beautiful carpeting and tile adorn.  Extra large laundry
room 
doubles as an office.  

Professional desert landscaping includes: 
4 pink grapefruit and 8 naval orange trees.  Fresh fruit is abundant
during the growing season, which is roughly December through April.

Large covered patio with outdoor furniture and ceiling fan.  

2 car garage.  Non-smoking and no pets, please.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Completely furnished with everything you'll need except for private 
toiletries and food.  A fully equipped kitchen with toaster, coffee-
maker, juicer, refrigerator w/ice-maker, microwave, dishwasher, electric 
stove with double oven.  Electric barbecue grill.
 
Cable TV, Local phone and internet service provided along with a
printer/fax/copier.  Just bring your laptop.

Other appliances include washer/dryer, iron and 
ironing board and hair dryer.  Fully stocked linen closet.

Activities and Attractions

Access to several fine golf courses and excellent recreation 
facilities which include swimming pools, fitness centers and spas. 
Over $60 million was invested into the Sun City West Recreation
Centers and facilities.  It is one of the finest retirement centers in
the nation.
Shopping, restaurants, banks, concert halls, theaters and churches 
are all very close by. There are many clubs available ranging from 
arts and crafts to barbershop harmony. 

You can take all kinds of interesting day trips within a few hours 
of the area.  Phoenix, Sedona, the Grand Canyon, Las Vegas, Mexico, 
to name a few.  Trust us, you'll have no shortage of exciting

Vacation Rental Rates

January - April:  $2350 with utilities
May - September:  $1100 (utilities not included)
October - December:  $1500 with utilities

For monthly rentals:  
$500 security deposit(refundable)
Balance of rent due two weeks before arrival 
$100 non-refundable cleaning fee
$50 recreation fee per month per person if you want to use the Sun
City West Recreation Facilities.


Weekly rate:  $700 when available
