straight to the gulf.  Gourmet kitchen overlooks large family room 
w/vaulted ceilings.
Manatee sightings from the dock!  Gulf views from the front of the 
home. It sleeps 6-8 comfortably.  Huge master suite with sliding 
doors overlooking pool area.  
Outdoor features include pool, heated spa, dock, boat slip, built in 
grill w/granite countertops.

There is a one time $100 cleaning fee as we have the home 
professionally cleaned prior to your arrival.

The Security Deposit is $500.

This vacation home is in a quiet residential neighborhood so please 
treat it with respect as you would your own home :)

PAYMENT POLICIES:  To secure dates, a 50% deposit is due upon 
booking.  Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival, with credit 
card, cashier's check or personal check.  

The Security deposit will be returned within 30 days of departure.  
Liability for damages is not limited to the amount of the deposit.  

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING INSIDE OF THE HOME! 

Maximum Occupancy 10 persons, including infants and children, in or 
on this property at any time.
