A total of 5 bedrooms + den including 4 Master bedrooms with full
baths, 2 with hot tubs. Great for 2 or more families or couples.
Guest Suite with private entrance on first floor with a two Queen size
beds. Also on the first floor a den with a couch, which opens into a
double bed. Master bedroom with King size bed and second bedroom
with 2 twin beds on third floor. On the second floor 2 more bedrooms,
one with a Queen size bed and with a set of 2 twin beds. And the other
room has a Queen bed. Sleeps a total of 14 people very comfortably.

Non Peak Season is August-November From $2,500 to $3,000

Non Peak Season Is There is a 10 % Government tax.
Plus $180 cleaning fee.
Plus $500 Refundable Security/Damage Deposit.
A deposit of 20 % is enclosed and additional 30% is due in 120 days
before arrival. The balance of 50% will be due 60 days before
arrival. These deposits are not refundable if renter elects to cancel
or "no show".
