apartment, best suited for two people, is the perfect location for

entire city and region. Located on the top floor of a four-story,
renovated building, this two-level apartment combines modern
conveniences with the character and charm of an 19th century mill,
brightened by two large skylights while offering a surprisingly quiet
space, buffered by another building that blocks the street noise.
Entrance to the building is secured by a key-locked iron gate while
the door to the apartment also includes a dead bolt lock.

and refrigerator, microwave oven, heat/air conditioning, and an

right on the corner of the apartment, which is across from a Star

one can explore the famous museums along the Ben Franklin Parkway and

several Septa bus routes. Taxi cabs are always available. With the
