The condo has been completely remodeled and modernized. It is absolutely
gorgeous and the views are breathtaking!
1br/1ba, full kitchen, sleeps up to 4 guests. The bedroom has a King
bed, and there is a new Murphy Bed in the living room. The condo is
fully furnished and includes central air conditioning, cable TV, DVD, free parking and wireless internet access. Laundry facility is next to the elevator.
Linens, towels, beach coolers and towels are also provided for your
enjoyment.
The resort offers a large pool, Jacuzzi, beach cabanas, and gas BBQ's. There is also an activity center on site for your convenience. Parking is free.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
$50 processing fee for all cancellations greater than 90 days from
check-in. $100 fee for cancellations between 60 & 90 days. $250.00
fee for Holiday Season cancellations between 60 & 90 days. No refund
for cancellations within 60 days of arrival, unless we secure a
comparable reservation to replace yours. Your refund will be
prorated less a $100 processing fee.
