Gorgeous, remodeled 7th floor Maui Kai condo. This is an oceanfront complex that offers direct beach 
access. World championship golf in nearby Kapalua, and Historic Lahaina Town are just 10 minutes 
away. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance.

Walk outside the condo, and dip your feet in the warm, tropical waters of the Pacific Ocean, or 
relax and take a dip in the large, inviting pool. After a great day of beach fun, relax with your 
favorite beverage and watch the whales, sea turtles or enjoy a beautiful Hawaiian Sunset from your 
own private lanai. Our resort offers BBQs, tennis, & activity center for your enjoyment.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The condo has been remodeled and modernized. It is absolutely gorgeous and the views are 
breathtaking!

1br/1ba, full kitchen, sleeps up to 4 guests. The bedroom has a King bed, and there is a new Murphy 
Bed in the living room. The condo is fully furnished and includes cable TV, DVD, free parking and 
wireless internet access. Laundry facility is next to the elevator. Linens, towels, and some beach 
equipment are also provided for your enjoyment.

The resort offers a large pool, Jacuzzi, tennis, and gas BBQ's. There is also an activity center on 
site for your convenience.

1 bedroom, 1 bath, fully furnished condo with a private covered lanai. Full kitchen, central A/C, 
King bed & Queen sleeper sofa. The condo comfortably sleeps up to 4 people.

Cable TV, DVD, Stereo/CD player & high speed internet access provided. All linens and towels are 
included. Laundry facility in utility room by elevator just down the hall. Beach equipment and beach 
towels are also included for your enjoyment. BBQ's are located by the pool. Parking is free.

Sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, golf, whale watching, surfing, windsurfing, fishing,

Add one time $95 cleaning fee & 11.42% HI tax.
10% discount for 30 nights during Value Season.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Security deposit refunds, less a $50 processing fee, will be made for all cancellations greater than 
90 days from check-in. There is a $100 fee for cancellations between 60 & 90 days during Peak & 
Value Seasons. A $250 fee applies for Holiday Season cancellations between 60 & 90 days. No refund 
for cancellations within 60 days of arrival, unless we secure a comparable reservation to replace 
yours. Your refund will be prorated less a $100 processing fee.
