to enjoy spending time in.  If you are looking for Quiet, Peaceful, with Beautiful Mountain Views,  
this is it!  Enjoy the clear mountain skies from your hot tub right on the deck.  If it’s too chilly  
out, choose to enjoy the Jacuzzi tub in the Master Suite. Your home will be a handy fifteen minute  
drive to either Aspen or Snowmass.   
 
We want you to feel right at home the second you walk through the door.  Turn on the gas fireplace,  
sit right down and relax.  This Contemporary and comfortable home is Brand New, and Ultra Ultra  
clean.  Absolutely No Smoking allowed!  Four wheel drive vehicle needed for our paved subdivision  
road. Great garage too!

Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed, luxurious bathroom with walk in shower and Jacuzzi tub.  Please be  
kind to our creme carpet! 
 
Guest Bedroom has a Queen Bed, the second bathroom has a large shower. 
 
The Living room sofa has two reclining chairs in it, and there is a twin pull out love seat. 
 
The wrap around deck offers views in three directions, and includes a 4 person hot tub. 
 
Gas Fireplace, Flat screen Hi Def TV, Surround Sound Stereo, DVD Player,Ipod dock, Washer, Dryer,  
Outdoor Built In Barbeque Grill, your kitchen is fully equipped for serious Chefs.  Ice maker,  
dishwasher, microwave, gas cooktop with Convection Oven for great dinners. Garage!  Wood floors with  
area rugs.  Lots of windows with great views.
