Vacation Rental Description

This stunning 3 bedroom unit sits on the ground floor.  Located 
directly on the beach of the popular west coast of the island.  
Beautifully designed, this newly built apartment is one of two units 
with Italian Marble tiles throughout.  The open plan living, dining 
and kitchen open on to a lovely patio that extends onto the garden 
and beach.  There is also a small cottage on site but this is not 
avail for rental.  The unit can be rented together with the upstairs 
2 bedroom apartment for large parties.  Tropical furnishing ad to 
the wonderful experience of luxury on the beach.
Each bedroom has en-suite bathrooms and feature Air conditioning.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Located directly on one of the most popular beaches on the west 
coast with shopping and restaurants just 10 mins drive away and the 
airport 45 mins drive.

Summer US$500/nt
Winter US$800/nt

Rates are quoted in US$ per night and are subject to 7.5% VAT please 
note that special holidays such as Christmas may be sunject to 
suppliment reates.
