High Season:  June 1 – August 31   and   December 1 – March 31 
   @ $125 per night   $800.00 per week   $2,500.00 per month 
 
Low Season:   April 1 – May 31     and   September 1 – November 30 
   @ $105 per night   $700.00 per week   $2,300.00 per month 
 
All rents are subject to: 
   • General Excise Tax of 4.712% 
   • Transient Accommodations (Lodging) Tax of 7.25% 
 
Other Fees: 
   • One-time check-out cleaning fee of $75.00 
     (subject to a General Excise Tax of 4.712%)
