to malls, movie theaters and famous college of the desert market.

great shopping, golf and restaurants.
The condo is fully equipped and tastefully decorated.
The 2 bedrooms feature new queen size beds, high quality bedding,
large dressers and huge mirrored closets. The master bedroom has
sliding patio doors.
Both bathrooms have a shower or tub with shower and have plenty of
towels and linens.
The living room is well furnished with plenty of room to be
comfortable in. TV with CD music entertainment center. Sliding
patio door windows allow for plenty of light and overlooks the pool
and jacuzzi.
The kitchen is fully equipped to cook full course meals.
Appliances including fridge/freezer, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher,
garburator as well as a full size washer and dryer.
An oval dining table seating 6 is off the kitchen and a sliding glass
door leads out to the BBQ overlooking the pool and jacuzzi area.
Comes with personal alloted parking space and guest parking.
