No cancellations w/in 60 days of arrival date.  
No refunds. Deposits: 50%   
Damage deposit $500, $100 cleaning fee 
Rates do not include FL taxes 
Note: Until confirmed, rates subject to change without notice.

There is a one time $100 cleaning fee as we have the home  
professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. 
 
The Security Deposit is $500. 
 
This vacation home is in a quiet residential neighborhood so please  
treat it with respect as you would your own home :) 
 
PAYMENT POLICIES:  To secure dates, a 50% deposit is due upon  
booking.  Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival, with PayPal,  
credit card, cashier's check or personal check.   
 
The Security deposit will be returned within 30 days of departure.   
Liability for damages is not limited to the amount of the deposit.   
 
No smoking inside home, outside is ok.  
 
Maximum Occupancy 10 persons, including infants and children, in or  
on this property at any time.
