township to explore local artist and antique shops
and relax at numerous specialty restaurants.

parties, based upon availability, and coordinated through the

WE ONLY RENT ON A MONTHLY BASIS! NO WEEKLY OR DAILY RENTALS!
A deposit of $400 to be made with booking and full payment is to be
received 90 days prior to occupancy. Deposit fee will be returned 30
days after departure and after inspection of the property.
The unit is to be left in move-in condition, as it was found.
Please, no smoking and no pets.

Cancellation policy - 90 days notice for return of deposit. Less
than 90 days will result in non-refund of the $400 deposit.
