Vacation Rental Description

Our New 3 story Beach Home is located in the beautiful community of Bermuda Bay and is 3100 SF of  
living in Paradise. Our home is located just 0.3 of a mile from the Ocean and sleeps up to 21 people  
comfortably. Enjoy the sounds and view of a Sparkling Fountain at night while relaxing in either of  
our 2 Master Suites. Our home is equipped with 2 full Kitchens along with Corian Counter Tops and  
Black Appliances. We also have 2 Living Areas which both feature a Queen Sofa Sleeper. No need to  
take laundry back home to wash when Laundry Rooms located on the Main and Upper Levels both feature  
Extra Large Capacity Washers/Dryers. If not wanting to watch cartoons with the children , Soap  
Opera's with the women or Golf with the men , than no need to worry we have T.V's in all Bedrooms  
and Living Areas along with multiple Board Games, Toys, Books, Dvd's/Videos for a little rainy day  
fun. You can also enjoy some fun with our very Own Home Gameroom which features a Pool Table,  
Foosball Table, Shuffle Board Table, Air Hockey Table and a DartBoard along with a Seating Area. 
Our community has 24hr Gated Security with Private Beach Parking for all Guests, Heated Indoor And  
Outdoor Olympic size Pools, Aerobic Water Exercise Classes and a Playground for the little ones. We  
also have Lighted Tennis Courts,Volleyball, Baseball, Basketball Courts and much much more. If you

Vacation Rental Amenities

We offer a Gas and Charcoal Grill for those wanting a little outdoor cooking. When the beach is  
calling your name take a leisurely ride on our 2 Golf Carts with seating for 11-15 people or one of  
the 6 Brand New Bikes provided for your convience. But dont forget to take along the Beach Chairs,  
Beach Toys, Boogie Boards, Beach Umbrellas, Coolers & Beach Towels that are also provided with your  
rental. 
If you happen to get one of those rainy days, no fear fun is here in our home gameroom or in the  
childrens retreat on the 3rd level of the home with T.V plug in Games, Board Games, Books and   
Videos/Dvd's for the kids and adults. 
We are pleased to say that Our home is the only home in the community that has a view of a Sparkling  
Fountain in the Front & Back of the Home which can be viewed on either the front porch, rear deck,  
rear patio or while relaxing in either of our 2 Master suites.  We provided you with luxury at its  
finest with Linens, Bath Towels, Wash Cloths, Hand Towels, Kitchen Towels, Central Air,Ceiling Fans,  
Heat, Cable T.V, Ice Maker W/Cold Water Dispenser, Coffee Makers in both Kitchens along with the  
beginning rolls of Paper Towel in both kitchens and Toliet Paper in all 5 bathrooms.   
 
1st Floor is Wheelchair Accessiable............. Sorry No Pets are allowed........................ 
                 -----------------No Smoking Allowed Indoors........... 
           Smoking Outside on porch, deck or patio only, with proper disposal of course..

Activities and Attractions

If Golf is your thing, just across the road is Tupelo Bay which features a Driving Range, Lighted  
Par Three 18 hole Executive Golf Course along with a minature putt putt course for all to  
enjoy. Located within miles are at least 100 top rated golf courses for the die hard golfers.... 
Enjoy many nearby Award winning Restaurants in Murrells Inlet if Seafood is on your mind. Also just  
a couple minutes down the road are restaurants such as Hard Rock Cafe, Jimmy Buffett's  
Margaritaville, Planet Hollywood and for Nascar fans the famous Nascar Restaurant. After dining out,  
you can be entertained at some of the local live Entertainment shows such as LeGrand Cirque,  
Carolina Opry, Dolly Parton's Dixie Stampede and shows like Legends in Concert (Impersonators). Dont  
forget the New Amusement Theme Parks, Museums like Ripleys Believe It Or Not along with shopping at  
Broadway At The Beach, Malls and Outlets...
