and peaceful chicxulub beach in the yucatan peninsula guarantees

out the day. the condominium is very spacious throughout featuring
deluxe fixtures, a/c bedrooms, living and dinning room and delighted
decoration. located in the neighborhood of chicxulub, the most
beautiful, sandy spot with wide beaches in the area. your department
will be at 5 minutes easy driving to chicxulub`s downtown, 10
minutes to progreso and 35 minutes from merida. this condominium has
a big sliding door for going to the terrace, on the front got
another front terrace that is enormously large, it goes around the
pool just in front of the ocean, rest assured you will have enough
tanning area, with palm trees, beach chairs, perfect place to swim,
take sun or just relax and enjoy looking the amazing view of sunrise
and sunset. the area is safe, the beach is sandy and great for
walking and the ocean warm and safe to swim. the minicomponent
stereo provides a confortable atmosphere to the living and dinning
rooms fully furnished, a roofed terrace on the front, fully equipped
kitchen, 1 main room with complete bathroom features a king size
bed, a/c, ceiling fan, tv, dvd. two other bedroom with double beds
in excellente condition, a/c, ceiling fan, tv, dvd, vcr with
bathroom. this apartment includes a laundry area. In chicxulub or
progreso, you can find a church, post office, banks with atm`s,
hospital, drugstore, a mercado (old-fashioned market), an american
style supermarket, cybercoffee, seven eleven and public
international phone in front of the condominium.

in all places in yucatan you will find friendly people and peaceful
atmosphere. progreso has a large beach boulevard full of
restaurants offering seafood and typical cuisine. archaeological
sites as the mayan ruins of chichen itza and uxmal are at 2 hours
driving. dzibilchaltun and x-cambo at 30 minutes drive. there you
can find old mayan structures, castles, cenote, etc.
in the area: snorkelling, seashelling, wind/kite surf, sailing,
fishing, and scuba diving can be arranged in chicxulub with a local
fishermen.

september-june $400 usd per week or $1000 usd per month (this rates are without a/c)
july-august $2,850 usd per month
holy and eastern $750 usd per week.

We can find during the months of september, october, november, march, april, may and june several resting vacations bridges, due to this events (bridges)  the price rates will be $85 usd per day.

*In case you may want the a/c in all the condo it will have an minimum additional cost of $60 usd per each week of stay because the electricity is EXTREMELY expensive in Yucatan.(Bedrooms are well ventilated and all have ceiling fans so A/C is optional and not always needed).
In case you need transportation from merida's airport to the
chicxulub beach condominium and back to the airport will have a
minimum additional cost of $100 USD.
