Vacation Rental Description

Brand new Correggio model with all the upgrades including  
granite,tile floors,crown moldings,etc. There is three bedrooms and a  
den and two full baths and a 2-car garage. Our home has 2250 sq.ft.  
under air. Our home is totally furnished and equipped with a  
beautiful eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a  
laundry room with washer and dryer. A beautiful new custom designed spa  
with pavers and cage extends from the lanai with a beautiful view of the  
12th fairway and lake. We do not allow pets or smoking in our house. This  
is a gated community with security 24-7.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The Venetian has a beautiful golf course which is forgiving for the  
average player. The River club has a beautiful resort pool and a  
separate lap pool and har-tru tennis courts. The dining room is  
located at the river club also along with the river walk near the  
Myakka River where you can kayak and canoe on the Myakka River. There  
are exercise rooms and massage rooms also located in the river club.  
The Venetian has wide sidewalks thruout the community where you can  
walk or bike. The wild life that you encounter thru out the community  
is beautiful with many different species and colors. This is a  
nature`s lover paradise.

Activities and Attractions

There are many shopping areas including downtown Venice and Sarasota.  
The beaches are ten minutes away and Siesta Key beach is 20 minutes  
away. St. Armands circle and the Ringling Museum are near downtown  
Sarasota which also has many restaurants and shops. Downtown Venice  
has a little theater which has very entertaining plays scheduled  
thruout the season. You can watch the sunset at Nokomis Beach every  
Wed. and Sat. where the locals play drums while the sun disappears  
into the ocean. Venice has just been recognized as one of the best 
places for retirement because of what it has to offer.

The above rates include utilities, 11% state tax, exit cleaning fee,  
unlimited golf privileges and river club use, HOA fees, and  
membership transfer fee for the golf and river club with a minimum  
two month rental. $1000.00 security deposit required. No pets and no 
smoking allowed.
