You have found the perfect place at a great location. Nestled among towering trees on a quiet cul-de-
sac, is this great lake house on the quieter northern part of the lake. Water sports and fishing are 
preferred in this location due to large boats not being able to navigate under clarks bridge. 
This 4-5 bedroom, 2.5 bath professionally decorated lake house, has all the modern conveniences and 
enjoyment you could ask for. Perfect for romantic getaways, family vacations, or simply an 
unforgettable, stress-free, relaxing retreat.  
This house is tastefully decorated with new furnishings, linens, towels and much more. A fully 
equipped stylish kitchen with skylight will keep any chef happy, with the dining room on one side 
and a screened porch that seats six on the other. The porch is also the ideal place for morning 
coffee with views of the lake. 

A comfy living room with stone fireplace has a large flat screen TV and digital music channels for 
your dining room guests. The elegant dining area accommodates ten and has French doors which open to 
the main level deck.

 The main level has a beautiful master bedroom with a King size bed, full bath with jacuzzi, walk in 
closets and french doors leading to the main level deck. 

The house features two massive decks, one on the main level and one on the lower level, which both 
span the width of the house and overlook a tranquil cove.

From the decks, the yard slopes downward towards the water with a path leading to a two level 
covered boat dock that doubles as a party/sun deck with absolutely gorgeous views of the cove 
leading to the lake. 

The setting is perfect for all your water activities too. You can bring your boat or rent one 
nearby! The easy access boat ramp is less then a half mile away. Spend your day boating, fishing or 
swimming, or just relax and enjoy the picturesque view from any number of rooms and areas.  
The fishing is fantastic! Cook your catch on the outdoor barbeque grill and invite some friends 
over. Enjoy swimming off our dock with an easy access swim ladder. 

You can enjoy a delicious meal in the formal dining room or a casual barbeque on the spacious deck. 


The game room was designed for fun in mind with a pool table, bar, large flat screen TV  and a 
dinette that doubles as a card table. With a second kitchen on the lower level, your kids can eat 
and play downstairs while the adults have a quite evening conversing and dining on the main level. 
The lower level boasts the second deck, also overlooking the cove and allowing plenty of room and 
privacy on both levels. 

The accommodations are perfect for a large family with teens, two couples or two families who want a 
house to share but still would like to retain some privacy.

For the professional and executives that must stay connected, there is a private office with blazing 
fast high speed internet access, a computer, printer and copier, all provided at no additional 
charge.

Activities and Attractions

This home is located in Gainesville and easily accessible from I-985. A ten minute drive brings you 
in to the center of Gainesville where a quaint original setting shares that old time charm and the 
newer areas offering unlimited shopping and activities. You can also visit Lanier Aqua Rentals for 
any of your boating needs or to rent a boat or jet-ski. 
From the house you can jump in your boat and in just seconds you are on the Chattahoochee river 
which is one of the main channels of the lake. This is also right near the Olympic Rowing venue 
(from the 1996 summer Olympics) and also desired by boaters for some of the best fishing spots in 
the area. 
Also nearby is the Lake Lanier Islands water park, Golf, Tennis, Rafting, Hiking, Horseback riding 
and much more.
Additional amenities are only minutes away, including restaurants, movie rentals, a shopping mall, 
food stores, Wal-Mart, gas stations, etc. Downtown Gainesville provides many interesting shops and 
some fine restaurants. Gainesville Marina is a full-service marina only minutes away. The Mall of 
Georgia, and Chateau Elan are within easy driving distance. There are numerous golf courses in the 
vicinity and for a change of pace, visit the nearby historic towns of Helen and Dahlonega, which is 
a nice scenic drive but will still have you home for super. 

Vacation Rental Rates

Stay three nights and get the fourth night Free!

Daily (with a three day minimum) $199~$249
Weekly $850~$1250
Monthly $2350~$3950

This house is also available for rent for the academic year starting September 5th and running 
through May 15th at the rate of $2350 per month. 


Policies: The primary renter must be at least twenty five years old. Sorry…pets are not permitted 
and smokers are asked to kindly use the decks and screened porch areas only as common courtesy. 
Renters not observing policies will be asked to vacate premises without refund.

Refunds: The entire security deposit will be returned within ten days of check out providing there 
is no damage to the house, boat dock and grounds, no missing items (including linens, towels, 
furniture, cookware, glassware, plates and flatware, etc.)

Cancellation policy: More than thirty days of arrival date- full refund. Within thirty days of 
arrival date- rent deposit forfeited, security deposit and cleaning fee are returned.
