This 4-5 bedroom, 2.5 bath professionally decorated lake house, has all the modern conveniences and enjoyment you could ask for. Perfect for romantic getaways, family vacations, or simply an unforgettable, stress-free, relaxing retreat. This house is tastefully decorated with new furnishings, linens, towels and much more.

A fully equipped stylish kitchen with skylight will keep any chef happy, with the dining room on one side and a screened porch that seats six on the other. The porch is also the ideal place for morning coffee with views of the lake.

A comfy living room with stone fireplace has a large flat screen TV and digital music channels for your dining room guests. The elegant dining area accommodates ten and has French doors which open to the main level deck.
The main level has a beautiful master bedroom with a King size bed, full bath with jacuzzi, walk in closets and french doors leading to the main level deck.
The house features two massive decks, one on the main level and one on the lower level, which both span the width of the house and overlook a tranquil cove.
From the decks, the yard slopes downward towards the water with a path leading to a two level covered boat dock that doubles as a party/sun deck with absolutely gorgeous views of the cove leading to the lake.
The setting is perfect for all your water activities too. You can bring your boat or rent one nearby! The easy access boat ramp is less then a half mile away.

Spend your day boating, fishing or swimming, or just relax and enjoy the picturesque view from any number of rooms and areas.
The fishing is fantastic! Cook your catch on the outdoor barbeque grill and invite some friends over. Enjoy swimming off our dock with an easy access swim ladder.
You can enjoy a delicious meal in the formal dining room or a casual barbeque on the spacious deck.

This home is located in Gainesville and easily accessible from I-985. A ten minute drive brings you in to the center of Gainesville where a quaint original setting shares that old time charm and the newer areas offering unlimited shopping and activities.

From the house you can jump in your boat and in just seconds you are on the Chattahoochee river which is one of the main channels of the lake. This is also right near the Olympic Rowing venue (Home of the 1996 summer Olympics rowing events) and also desired by boaters for some of the best fishing spots in the area.

Also nearby is the Lake Lanier Islands water park, Golf, Tennis, Rafting, Tubing, Hiking, Zip-lining, Horseback riding and much more.
Additional amenities are only minutes away, including restaurants, food & liquor stores, Wal-Mart, gas stations, etc. Downtown Gainesville provides many interesting shops and some fine restaurants. The Mall of Georgia, and Chateau Elan (vineyard) are within easy driving distances too. Canoe and Kayak rentals are just down the street.

 A short road trip will allow you to explore the Blue Ridge and Great Smoky Mountains boasting the Historic towns of Helen and Dahlonega, the Appalachian Trail, Tallulah Falls, White Water Rafting, Tubing, Mountain Bike riding and hiking...just to name a few. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require payment in full.
Reservations made beyond 30 days require a $300 **refundable deposit with the balance being charged once within 30 days of arrival date or within 60 days of arrival for multi-weeks / monthly reservations.

Policies: The primary renter must be at least twenty five years old. Sorry…pets are not permitted and smokers are asked to kindly use the decks and screened porch areas only, as common courtesy. Renters not observing policies will be asked to vacate premises without refund.

**Cancellation policy: More than sixty days of arrival date: full refund. 30-60 days of Arrival (except for monthly reservations) deposit forfitted. Within thirty days of arrival date: no cash refund. At owners descretion, cancellation of fully paid stays can usually be credited towards other available dates.
