house will sleep 4 comfortably, there are pull out couches which will 
allow the house to accommodate 8 if needed.

Activities and Attractions

Bring your kayaks! Enjoy a weekend or several at our Cottage in the 
Lake Community of Hickory Hills. This clean lake also known as 
Dickenson Reservoir has 11 miles of shoreline and a couple islands to 
explore. Our Cottage is 2 1/2 blocks from the sandy beach & 
playground. There are marked hiking trails on adjacent property in the 
Cowdrey Nature Center. Even if you are close to home, staying in 
Hickory Hills at our cottage will have you feeling like you are far 
away on vacation! Enjoy the sunset from our deck, grill your meal on 
our backyard bar-b-que and enjoy an evening around our outdoor firebowl.

Summer Rates: May-September $150/night $300/weekend $800/week 
Winter Rates: October-April $50/night $100/weekend 
 
Midweek Shared use: Owner occupying one bedroom: Discounted Rates 
available
