This very quaint Englewood Florida condo sits on Manasota Key.  It 
is just a few feet from the bay with a Direct Unobstructed Full View 
of the bay. It is just few steps to the complex's private beach. 
This 2 bedroom 2 bath ground floor unit is completely furnished 
(Turnkey) Washer/Dryer "REMODLED" unit is light bright and airy! NO 
NEED TO BRING ANYTHING BUT CLOTHES AND PERSONAL ITEMS! Upon walking 
in, to the right of the pretty furnishings, you will see the most 
spectacular views of Lemmon Bay through the patio doors.  This 
complex has a wonderful pool, clubhouse, grilling area, shared 
private boat docks and boat ramp so bring your boat! THE DOCKS ARE A COUPLE OF FEET FROM THE BACK 
PATIO!! Two week minimum stay per association rules.....

Activities and Attractions

Boating, Fishing, Swimming in the pool or ocean. Or just hanging on 
the beach! .... Cool Florida gift shops on beach and several awsome 
resturants down the beach road, couple of bars with music, bait 
shops, boat and skidoo rentals, local groceries stores, speacialty 
shops, fast food resturants, everything you need on main land 
including Wal-Mart and Target.   Too much to list.   Best thing is 
that Disney World is about 1 and 1/2 hours away.  Spend a few days 
at Disney and the rest at the condo.  Minutes to Venice. IF BRINGING YOUR OWN BOAT, OR RENTING A 
BOAT, PLEASE LET ME KNOW SO I CAN LET THE ASSOCIATION MANAGEMENT KNOW.........

$600/week May-Nov
$750/week Dec and April
$950/week Jan-Mar
Does not include Florida State Taxes or a $80 cleaning fee.  NON-
SMOKING UNIT!  TWO WEEK MINIMUN STAY PER ASSOCIATION RULES. 
The association DOES NOT ALLOW PETS.

This is a great deal considering our regular rates are 650 per week during summer and fall months.
