with cathedral ceiling and stone fireplace with a flat screen TV
with DVD. The upper level has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen size bed
and crib and changing table, the other having 2 twin beds and a
daybed with trundl with room to spare, both having walk in closets
and share a jack and Jill large bath. This level will provide you
the hook up to your lap top computer and a play room for the kids

The lower level has two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the
other having a double bed, family room with stone fireplace perfect
for the extended family. Large bathroom tub/shower unit and a
kitchenette, exercise equipment and pool table for your enjoyment.
Also you can enjoy your own flat screen TV with DVD player. Don’t
forget you’ll be able to walkout to the sandy
beach from this level.

We also provide an outside shower for your convenience The kids will
enjoy our play fort and large wood swingset.
Fire pit on the beach for late night roasting marshmallows, dock,
raft, row boat & kayaks, (Pontoon Boat for an extra
charge). Friday nights the Beach Bum Stadium has their spectacular
fire works when they have a home game to watch out on the lake.

We are near the home of the Beach Bums Baseball Stadium. Only
minutes from downtown Traverse City, with lots of Boutiques and
Restaurants. Also, not far from Charlevoix, Petoskey, Suttons Bay,
Leland and the little town of Glen Arbor, where you can find many
more Boutiques and Restaurants to fill your day easy. We are well
known for our wineries, where you can take a wine tour and taste all
you want.
Mackinaw Island is only a 2 hour drive a way with lots to do up
there. Whatever you like to do on your vacation you can find doing
here.

Rates:
Weekly Rate $3500.00- $4500.00 which Includes all Cleaning Fees, and all linens and towels.
May 31st - Aug. 31st  Saturday to Saturday only

Off Season Rates available for nightly rentals

Pontoon available for $800.00 per week, with a $600.00 damage deposit
Fishing boat and Kayaks and life jackets are Complimentary

50% down at time of booking, balance to be paid 2 weeks prior to
arrival. Damage deposit of $600.00 (seperate check) is due upon check-in and will be
mailed back 1 week after check out. Check in is 4:00pm on Saturday
and check out is 10:00 am Saturday.
