cove for fishing or frog and turtle hunting with the kids. The home
has 4900 sqft and will accommodate multi families up to 12 people
with 3 floors of living
space.

This home features a wrap around deck with gas grill. Making cooking
out and eating on the deck while watching the sunset with surround
sound for entertaining. Your vacation spot has a large and open
great room with beautiful custom kitchen with granite countertops.
With two stone fireplaces, air conditioning, 5 bedrooms, 3 full
baths, 2-1/2 baths, kitchenette on lower level, perfect for more
than one family. On the main level you will find the master suite
with king size bed, steam shower, Jacuzzi tub for two and access to the three season porch, a home office
with wi-fi. ½ bath for guests, kitchen and great room
with cathedral ceiling and stone fireplace with a flat screen TV
with DVD. The upper level has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen size bed
and crib, the other having 4 twin beds with room to spare, both having walk in closets
and share a jack and Jill large bath. This level also has a small play room for the kids.

The lower level has two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the
other having a double bed, family room with stone fireplace perfect
for the extended family. Large bathroom tub/shower unit and a
kitchenette, exercise equipment and pool table for your enjoyment.
Also you can enjoy your own flat screen TV with DVD player. Don’t
forget you’ll be able to walkout to the sandy
beach from this level.

There is an outside shower for cleaning the sand off.  The kids will
enjoy our play fort and large wood swingset.
Fire pit on the beach for late night roasting marshmallows, dock,
raft, row boat & kayaks, (Pontoon Boat for an extra
charge). Friday nights the Beach Bum Stadium has their spectacular
fire works when they have a home game to watch out on the lake.

We are near the home of the Beach Bums Baseball Stadium. Only
minutes from downtown Traverse City, with lots of Boutiques and
Restaurants. Also, not far from Charlevoix, Petoskey, Suttons Bay,
Leland and the little town of Glen Arbor, where you can find many
more Boutiques and Restaurants to fill your day easy. We are well
known for our wineries, where you can take a wine tour and taste all
you want.
Mackinaw Island is only a 2 hour drive a way with lots to do up
there. Whatever you like to do on your vacation you can find doing
here.

Rates:
Weekly Rate $3500.00-$4500.00 Weekend rates for 3 nights is $1200.00-$1800.00 includes all linens and towels.

Rates subject to change without notice
Pontoon available for $800.00 per week, with a $600.00 damage deposit
Fishing boat and Kayaks and Coast Guard approved life jackets (no children sizes) are Complimentary

50% down at time of booking, balance to be paid 2 weeks prior to
arrival. Damage deposit of $600.00 (seperate check) is due upon check-in and will be
mailed back 1 week after check out. Check in is 4:00pm on Saturday
and check out is 10:00 am Saturday.
