family room. Brazillian cherry flooring in the 32x18 family room. Italian marble
in the upstairs and first floor bath and shower area. Large inground
swimming pool and separate fenced in backyard for whiffle ball,soccer. or
frisbee.Brand new front load washer-dryer,all stainless appliances,Granite countertops,fully furnished with all
needed amenities.

To make sure that you reserve the week or weeks that you need for the upcoming summer season please reserve early. We start taking reservations as early as OCTOBER for the upcoming spring and summer months. Its hard to believe that you need to plan so far ahead but most of the nicer homes go fast. Any questions that you may have please dont hesitate to contact us. The rates for this wonderful vacation getaway range from 1800.00 dollars a
week in May to 3800.00 dollars a week in July and August. Off season rental
availabe after September 10, and in October for about 1500.00 dollars a week .Rates
negotiable on request.
