Beautiful, new 3 BR lakefront home with lots of privacy. 2 hours from NYC. Main floor is an open
floor plan with
kitchen (fully equipped, including dishwasher), dining and living room with fireplace, plus full
bath. Separate
family fun room, decorated in bright colors, with 1/2 bath, ping pong table and TV. Hot tub on the
back patio
overlooking the lake. Main floor bedroom with queen bed. Upstairs, two bedrooms (one with queen
bed and
one with bunkbed with full-size mattress on the bottom bunk) and full bath. Toddler bed. Crib
available on
request.

In the summer, enjoy the lake with the canoe or visit the beach (with lifeguards) or enjoy jumping
off the dock
and swimming at the house. Grill on the back deck. Play tennis on one of the association's 4
courts or swim in
one of 2 swimming pools. In the winter, ski Hunter and Windham mountains (30 minutes away) or ice
skate on
the pond down the street. Relax in the hot tub under the stars!
