The Old Corvallis Roadhouse in Bitterroot Valley

Centrally located outside of Corvallis and actually closer to Hamilton, this home is in the center of the 90 mile long Bitterroot Valley. Old Corvallis Road runs parallel to Highway 93, so getting places is a breeze. You can bicycle right from the property to Corvallis or Hamilton, or sink your line into our stocked trout pond for an afternoon of catch and release!

The home itself features a King Bed upstairs and a Master bath jacuzzi tub for relaxation. Off of the Master Bedroom is a loft with a trundle bed with two twin mattresses. The loft overlooks the Great Room, featuring wood floors, great views and cable t.v. A laundry room with washer and dryer are also included. The large Great Room is perfect for relaxing and entertaining. A modern kitchen makes it easy for lots of cooks to congregate. Fully furnished and ready for you to come in, unpack and relax!

On the lower level are two smaller bedrooms featuring full beds.  There is an additional living room off of these two bedrooms, also with cable tv and a fully stocked bookshelf for your reading pleasure.

Hot Tub, TV + Cable, Full Kitchen, Dishwasher, Washer / Dryer, jacuzzi tub in master suite.

Plush towels, Ironing Board and Iron. Outdoor hot tub and barbeque make outdoor entertaining a breeze.

Corvallis and Hamilton are both within biking distance. A modern theatre is within walking
distance. Fishing is right in your own backyard at the fully stocked trout pond.

Nearby Hamilton is full of quaint shops and great restaurants, a museum, farmer's markets and more.
Access to a host of guided activities can be arranged for by request.

$250.00 per night with a minimum stay of 4 nights. Weekly rate is $1400.00. A Montana state
lodging tax of 7% will be assessed.

Deposit: A 500.00 refundable damage deposit is required at the time of booking.

Rental Fees: 50% of the rental is due at the time of reservation with the balance due 3 days
before arrival. Master Card and Visa accepted.

Cancellation Policy: If the balance due is not paid 30 days prior to the arrival date, your
reservation will be automatically cancelled without notice.

Refund Policy: Cancellations made 30 days prior to the arrival date will be refunded, minus a
$100.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date, will be refunded
only 1/2 of the fees collected at the time of cancellation.
