Spacious newly constructed 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom Jamaican villa with 
a private pool, is situated in a secure gated development of luxury 
villas and stately homes. Nestled on a hillside, with a breathtaking 
view of the turquoise Caribbean sea and miles of natural white sand 
beaches below.
The Whitehouse (south coast area) is known for it peace and 
tranquility and also its rustic charm, it is home to a major All-
Inclusive hotel, numerous guest houses and villas. Separated from 
the highly commercialised resort areas, yet mere minutes from some 
of the major resort areas, such as Negril and Treasure Beach. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

This private villa is fully equipped with the following: private 
swimming pool, full kitchen, verandas, patios, balcony and pool 
deck. All bedrooms are air conditioned and all other rooms have 
ceiling fans. 

Activities and Attractions

The following activities are on site or close-by: horse back riding, 
snorkling, swimming, fishing, hiking, day trips to waterfalls 
sugar/rum distillery, river tours.

Vacation Rental Rates

Summer Season:(April 16 to December 14) - Rates start at $1,000.00 per week

Winter Season: (December 15 to April 15) - Rates start at $1,000.00 per week

Rates are determined by number of guests and number of rooms occupied. Rates can be negotiated.
