1 car garage parking.  Gated community with 24hr security guard 
doorman reception. Boca Towers has been recently painted with a 
newly remodeled lobby and reception area.  Very exclusive area 
surrounded with parks, beaches, public golf courses, ocean and 
intracoastal.

Vacation Rental Rates

Available for the Season only.
$3,100 per month (3 month minimum) + 11.5% Tourist Tax fee.
Available December 2007, January, February, March and April 2008.
Tenant pays for electric and $100 non-refundable cleaning fee.
