that Marin County and the San Francisco Bay Area has to offer. You have the wine country to  
your north, the city of San Francisco just 10 miles south, and all of the great outdoor  
activities available in Marin, as well as proximity to Stinson and Muir beaches.

$195/nt .. $1350/wk .. $3500/mo 
Two Night Minimum. $50 cleaning fee/wknd and wkly stay. 
A 50% deposit to secure reservation billed to your credit card. 
Cancellation Policy:  Within 2 wks of confirmation, no charge. 
Within one wk, 25% of deposit unless we can find a replacement renter. 
$500. deposit for monthly renters. 
7.75% sales/lodging tax will be added to the above figures.
