Peak Season - May 1st thru Sept 15th 
$1,475/week or $850 weekend (3 nights) or $650 weekend (2 nights)


Non-Peak Season - Sept 15th thru April 30th
$1050/week or $725 weekend (3 nights) or $575 weekend (2 nights)


Deposit: 
$300 advance deposit for weekly rentals

Age Requirement:
Minimum age for rental is 25. We do not rent to prom groups, school 
groups, spring break groups, fraternities or sororities. Copy of 
photo ID is 
required.
