Greens n’ Gulf is a single story Villa in Sandpiper Village 
overlooking the 17th Fairway of the Links golf course.  Totally new 
after a deluxe remodel,  this 3 bedroom-2 bath, deluxe Villa (~1650 
sq.  ft.) with a bright and beautiful open floor plan, offers all 
the amenities you expect at a deluxe resort but, with the privacy of 
a home.  Need to stay in touch? We offer FREE Hi-Speed Wi-Fi 
INTERNET ACCESS for your convenience.  Our Villa is within walking 
distance of everything, but you may choose to bike or use the 
complimentary resort tram.    We furnish a resort Amenity Card so 
that you may enjoy all that Sandestin has to offer.  Bring your 
toothbrush and beach towel,  that’s all you’ll need to discover a
