Property is gated for privacy.  Permit Parking.  First floor and ADA 
Accessible. Can accomodate up to 4 adults. One bedroom and one 
bathroom with a full kitchen and patio. Kitchen is nicely  
equipped with microwave, refrigerator, stove, pots, pans, iron, 
ironing board, washer and dryer. Extremely Clean and charming!  
 
The living room has a full size sofa bed that comfortably sleeps two 
more people. Included in living area, you have television, stereo, cd, 
dvd player, local and 
domestic long distance telephone, and high speed internet.  
 
The apartment is perfect for a single, couple or a small family. This 
apartment privately located behind our home. Therefore, we are very 
particular about who will occupy the unit. We want someone who will 
enjoy it and treat it as if were their own.

Monthly Rate $3000 - negotiable 
 
Security Deposit: $500  Due Prior to Arrival  
 
Additional: $75 Cleaning Fee or returned clean  
Total will be due upon booking. Cashiers  
check or money order along with rental agreement emailed by me signed 
by you.  
Remember, apts in this high demand area go quickly, so I reccomend the 
quickest form of delivery to secure booking.   
 
IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH  
THESE PROCEDURES, PLEASE DO NOT INQUIRE ABOUT THIS RENTAL.  
 
DEPOSIT will be mailed back to resident once the apartment has been 
inspected and  
everything is found in its original state.  
 
Also, this is ABSOLUTELY a NON-SMOKING apartment. You are more than 
welcome to  
enjoy our outside seating area as long as you dispose of your butts 
properly. Any sign of  
smoking in the apartment will result a non-refundable deposit.
