area of Mariposa, an historic mining town that dates back to the
1840s "gold rush" era.
Day trips into Yosemite National Park, Bass Lake or Chukchansi
Casino are just a short drive away. Property is surrounded by
majestic Oak, Pine and Manzanita trees. Private country
neighborhood.
Enclosed, front patio has a built-in waterfall, outdoor
lighting, portable fireplace, and comfortable patio furniture to
take in million-dollar views.
Master bedroom has queen-size bed, satellite television, full bath
and French doors leading to private patio with jacuzzi, outdoor
heater, patio furniture and Ducane gas grill.
Guest bedroom has satellite television plus 2 queen-
size beds. Third bedroom has two twin beds.
Fully equipped electric kitchen with all modern appliances.
Great Room measures 15'x30' with 18' high ceiling, fully panelled in
knotty pine, with floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace (firewood
included) and a chandelier. There are 2 sofas, and
4 recliners; plenty of room to relax and entertain.
Home is fully furnished, all linens provided.

Entertainment center in great room has Satellite color television
with DVR/DVD/VHS/CD players plus library of 350+ movies. Each room
has built-in ceiling fans and air conditioning. Washer/Dryer,
telephone and wireless internet access.

Hiking and biking at nearby Yosemite; boating and other water sports
at Bass Lake, skiing at Badger Pass, golfing at Sierra Meadows, and
gaming at Chukchansi casino. Prize-winning winery is just one mile
away for private tasting. Antique/gift shops in downtown Mariposa.

Fall/Winter Rates: $199 per night, two-night minimum. Weekly rate: $1,200. Spring/Summer (Holidays) rate $225 per night, $1,350 per week.  $60 Cleaning fee.  50% deposit needed to reserve dates; balance due 2 weeks
before check-in.

Check-in at 4:00 pm, check-out is at 12:00 Noon. Cancellation Policy: Full refund if cancellation is 30 days in advance. If less than 30 days notice, then 50% deposit is forefeited, but reservation credit is given for future dates.
