Vacation Rental Description

This is a newly decorated-spacious open floor plan, perfect for 
snowbirds. Located on a small, quiet street with retired, cordial 
neighbors in Central/North Lake Havasu.

We love our summer house. It is quite, effecient and keeps 
cool on spring days with a slight breeze with beautiful sunsets over 
a lake view. 

There is new porcelain tile floors throughtout the kitchen, baths 
and walkways. Newly painted interior. Arched doorways throughout, 
Super Clean!! No Smoking.

We have tried to think of everything and every detail so it is turn 
key...

Vacation Rental Rates

Winter/Snowbird (Oct-April) Rates:  Oct-April $1075/mo. incl.  
utilities and local phone service. 
$125.00 refundable cleaning fee.  
$500.00 refundable security deposit. 
Renter pays 100% of internet through phone or cable line(phone 50.00-
60.00 a month)
Tennent pays cable TV
NON-SMOKING RESIDENCE
Security deposit will be retained for damage or missing items.  
Inventory list included as part of rental agreement.  
Pets may be allowed, please contact owner.
Cancellation Policy for full refund must be 90 days prior to arrival 
date.
