Winter/Snowbird (Oct-April) Rates: Oct-March $1175/mo.  

May-Sept. $1350.00 per month.

Includes utilities and local phone service.
$125.00 refundable cleaning fee at the end of occupancy. If rental is for one month, there is a mandatory cleaning fee of $95.00.
$700.00 ($575.00 + $125.00)security deposit, refundable minus cleaning fee ($95.00 at the end of occupancy after inspection)
NON-SMOKING RESIDENCE
Refundable security deposit will be used for damage or missing items.
Inventory list included as part of rental agreement.
Pets may be allowed, please contact owner.
Cancellation Policy must be 90 days prior to arrival date with a
$100.00 cancellation fee.

If the property is not rented after late cancellation, the tenants will be responsible for months not rented for the length of the contract, unless those months can be re-rented.
