$125.00 refundable cleaning fee at the end of occupancy.
$700.00 ($575.00 + $125.00)security deposit, refundable at the end of
occupancy after inspection)
NON-SMOKING RESIDENCE
Refundable security deposit will be used for damage or missing items.
Inventory list included as part of rental agreement.
Pets may be allowed, please contact owner.
Cancellation Policy must be 90 days prior to arrival date with a
$100.00 cancellation fee.
