Vacation Rental Rates

November - April               $3950 /mo
May - October                  $2100 /mo 
Rental rates include all utilities.   
$250 cleaning fee applies to all rentals! 
$350 refundable damage deposit applies to all rentals! 
Payments:  50% of total required within 4 days of reservation. The 
balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Payments accepted in the 
form of traveler's cheques, bank money orders, or cashiers checks.  
US funds only. 
*Payment in full required before check-in.

Cancellation Policy: More than 60 days, all monies refunded except 
for $35 cancellation fee.  60 days or less: We will refund any 
amount paid that can be recovered by re-renting the days reserved.
