Two Bedrooms, Two Full Bathrooms, fully furnished.  Unit includes screened porch, cathedral ceilings 
& spacious rooms (1468 sq. feet).  Euro-style kitchen with corian countertops, master bath includes 
a jacuzzi-style tub; double sinks and stall shower.  Guest bathroom also includes double sinks in 
vanity.  Master bedroom furnished with king size bed, guest bedroom has twin beds and great room 
with a queen size sleeper sofa.  Windermere by the Sea is one of the most popular communities at 
Kingston Plantation. Villa overlooks beautiful Margate Tower and Kingston Plantation Splash Water 
Park. Splash Water Park is a 50,000 square foot pool complex including 2 leisure pools, 2 jacuzzi's, 
2 kiddie pools and a Caribbean Water Playground.  This area includes a bar and sandwich shop. 
Musical band poolside during summer months.

Daily rates are currently available for the summer season at $150.00.  Winter rates will begin
