Come enjoy the best of Prescott and our charming 3-bedroom, 2-
bathroom 1934-built historic home. Our special retreat is minutes
from Prescott's Courthouse Square and Whiskey Row with its famous
art festivals, concerts, and seasonal festivities. Over 2,000 square
feet, spacious and charming, set hillside amongst the tall pines.
Our spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers the following bed
configurations: 1 bedroom with a king size bed, 1 bedroom with a
queen size bed, 1 bath, kitchen, formal dining room and living room
upstairs, and 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, 1 bath and living
room downstairs, with antique furnishings and historic charm.
Additionally, we also offer king size blow-up beds with an electric
pump. Perfect private get-away for 2 or bring the whole family!
We provide a non-smoking environment, so please limit all smoking to
outdoor areas only.

Fireplace, hardwood floors, antique furnishings, 2 tv's with 1 dvd
player, wireless internet, efrigerator, electric stove, microwave,
toaster oven, washer and gas dryer, gas furnace, carbon monoxide and
smoke detectors, large fully-equipped kitchen with utensils, pots,
pans, dishes, glasses, cups, griddles, coffee-maker, popcorn popper,
and bakeware, formal dining room with seating for 8, all bedding and
linens, flagstone patio with table and chairs, barbeque grill, downstairs
covered patio, beautiful views, extra-large driveway leading up to the
second level as well for those who don't want stairs! Beautiful views
of the pine trees and Bradshaw Mountains, great location within Prescott's
"walking district"!

Destined to be your best vacation ever! Stroll along the shops
around the Courthouse, re-live the "Old West" at Sharlott Hall
Museum, dance to the bands on Whiskey Row, square dance in front of
the Courthouse, take a quiet walk among the pines, go fishing,
boating, or hiking at one of several lakes in the area, enjoy
shopping,golfing, bicycling, horse-back riding, or go on a historic
tour. Try your luck at the local casinos. Go to the rodeo. Take in
a show. Enjoy the year-round events and festivities at the
Courthouse. Most of all, relax in the cool pines with family and
friends! So much to enjoy in Prescott!

Oct 1st- April 30th:     1-2 adults: $100/night or $600/week

 May 1st- Sept 30th:  1-2 Adults: $120/night or $750/week

Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day-  $150/night, $900/Week

Extra person: $20 per night, $100/week, under 12 is free.

Additional charges: Cleaning fee per stay:  $75 for 2 people, or $100 for more  than 2 people.  Also a 2% city tax.   Inquire about spcial rates for large groups or extended stays.

We also get an authorization for a $250 security deposit. The security deposit is voided upon satisfactory inspection of the property. Children under 12 stay free. Minimum 2-night stay on weekends. All pets must be approved and require an additional $200 deposit, which is also voided upon satisfactory inspection.
