Come enjoy the best of Prescott and our charming 3-bedroom, 2-
bathroom 1934-built historic home. Our special retreat is minutes
from Prescott's Courthouse Square and Whiskey Row with its famous
art festivals, concerts, and seasonal festivities. Over 2,000 square
feet, spacious and charming, set hillside amongst the tall pines.
Our spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers the following bed
configurations: 1 bedroom with a king size bed, 1 bedroom with a
queen size bed, 1 bath, kitchen, formal dining room and living room
upstairs, and 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, 1 bath and living
room downstairs, with antique furnishings and historic charm.
Additionally, we also offer king size blow-up beds with an electric
pump. Perfect private get-away for 2 or bring the whole family!
We provide a non-smoking environment, so please limit all smoking to
outdoor areas only.

shopping,golfing, bicycling, horse-back riding, or go on a historic
tour. Try your luck at the local casinos. Go to the rodeo. Take in

vacation rental rates
Oct 1st- April 30th: 1-4 adults: $125/night or $800/week
May 1st- Sept 30th: 1-4 Adults: $140/night or $950/week
Extra person: $10 per night, $65/week, under 12 is free.
Additional charges: Cleaning fee per stay: $75 for 2 people, or $100 for more than 2 people. Also a 5% city tax. Inquire about spcial rates for large groups or extended stays.
Security deposit- $250. The security deposit is voided upon satisfactory inspection of the property. Children under 12 stay free. Minimum 2-night stay on weekends. All pets must be approved and require an additional $100 deposit, which is also voided upon satisfactory inspection.
