Vacation Rental Description

This home is truly private and peaceful. Located on a beautiful wide 
waterway with private dock. Home is located away from traffic 
congestion at the south end of Marco Island. All within walking 
distance are restaurants, shopping, publix grocery store, Walgreens
and banking.  

This home is 1850 sq.ft. under 2-zone air condition and features 3 
spacious and comfortable bedrooms with two full baths. Master bedroom 
is done in a Key West style decr, with recently remodeled private 
master bath and walk-in shower. Master opens to the large pool area 
and offers beautiful views of the water and pool. A king bed is 
located in the master bedroom. Bedroom #2 has Queen bed and childrens 
room has two twins, your kids will love the decore. 
 
Sliding glass doors in the family room and dinning room also open to 
the wonderful water views and a newly refinished florida gem, extra 
large heated pool. Brand new pool enclosure and everything you need 
for pool side entertaining, such as gas bbq grill, refrigerator, 
outdoor sound system and plenty of seating. A pass-thru window from 
the kitchen allows for easy food service for outdoor eating as well.

Kitchen was recently refinished with maple cabinetry and new 
appliances as well. Everything you need can be found in this kitchen, 
and its not dollar store merchandise either. 

Family room has large screen tv w/DVD and VHS. Great sound system 
with remote cd and tuner. This is such a comfortable room to enjoy,
and located off the kitchen and pool area. Family room has a pull out 
sofa for additional sleeping area if needed.

with water and ice dispencer, oven/range, microwave, dishwasher, 
blender, mixer, coffee maker, toaster, pot & pans and everything else 
you would find in you personal home.

Dining Room: Seating for six with sliding glass doors to pool area.

Living room: Light & bright, beautifuly decorated, large sofas and 
chair offer plenty of seating.

Laundry Room: In-House, washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. 

Outdoor lanai: Extra large heated pool, bbq, refrig, stereo, new 
screen enclosure, spectacular water views and private dock for 
boating or fishing.

2 1/2 car garage, fishing poles and tackle, two bikes for your use as

If you decide you want to venture away from the home, there is fine 
dinning, South Marco beach (1.5 miles)& Tigertail beach (2 miles),
Parasailing, kayaking, Jet skis, Boat rental and fishing charters,
movie theater, comedy club, nature trals, bike and scooter rental,
Happy Hours, Stans Idle Hour On Goodland is great on sundays for 
food, people watching and live entertainment, Night clubs, Esplanad 
is a great place with an array of restaurants and shops waterside. 

Downtown Naples and legendary 5th ave. is just a short 15 minute 
ride, and offers the best of everything, shopping, restaurants, 
entertainment, boating, beaches and more.

More than likely, you will spend most of your time relaxing poolside 
at our home. Enjoy some frozen margaritas and watch the Dolphin and
