linens, cookware, blender, coffee maker, washer and dryer, (2) color 
TV's with cable; BBQ grill. A large screened porch with a view to 
Sanibel Island overlooks the deep water canal, with dock and boat 
lift.  Just minutes by boat to Sanibel, Captiva, Cayo Costa, Cabbage 
Key and Boca Grand, you'll find the world famous fishing waters off 
Pine Island are teeming with snook, grouper, trout, redfish and 
tarpon. Pine Island has charter boats for fishing and a ferry to 
Cayo Costa State Park and to Sanibel. A wide variety of restaurants 
are accessible by car or boat. This island getaway is just the thing 
for the ultimate relaxation and West Coast Florida experience.

Boat dock/fishing pier with hydraulic lift on deep water canal just 
minutes from Pine Island Sound. House is fully stocked with all of 
the essentials.

Courts are a short drive away as well as Pine Island’s Alden Pines Country Club Golf Course.

Jan. 2 – May 15 $1,200 wk/$2,500 month
May 15 – October 31 $800wk/$1600 month
Nov. 1 – Dec. 31 $1,000 wk/ $2,200 month

$500 refundable damage deposit 
50% total to reserve 
Balance of rental due 10 working days prior to stay 
Sales Tax of 9% is additional 
$150 non-refundable cleaning fee
