20 minutes from San Juan. Short distance from local attractions.  
Accessible through a scenic PR-187 route following the ocean line 
from the airport or by the new expressway.

Great location apartment in front of the main and beautiful water 
park, water slides, and ocean view falls to be relaxed and/or 
entertained. Ideal for family vacation or a great unplugged time for 
anybody at a Caribbean paradise, perfect to enjoy a good book, and 
feel the ocean breeze and the warm sun of the Caribbean.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Equipped and furnished with amenities to allow for a relaxing 
vacation with or without children!, it includes:

• 3 bedrooms – 1 full sized and 2 single beds; 1 air bed is 
available (sleeps 4 – 8).
• 2 full bathrooms
• All bedrooms have air conditioners.
• Television with DVD/VCR
• The kitchen counter also has 3 bar stools.
• The dining room table seats 6
• Spacious Balcony with Stainless Steel BBQ
• The kitchen has stainless steel refrigerator with ice-maker, 
microwave, Utensils, dishes, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots, 
cups, grill utensils and other for your convenience.  Cooler is also 
provided.
• Beach chairs are provided by the unit and additional chairs are 
available on a 'first come' basis around the various pools and 
beachfront

• Maid service is NOT provided. Groceries is not included.

• NO SMOKING

Activities and Attractions

Inside the complex you have direct beach access, and will find 
around 5 pools including a Passive River (under construction), water 
slides, water falls, a club house with soccer tables, basketball 
court, beach volleyball court, mini golf, GYM, sauna, Jacuzzis, 
beach charcoal grills, several and ample playground areas for kids 
and family.  Also includes a dedicated space to store your kayak 
and/or windsurf.

Away from the noise and hustle, but within minutes of shopping 
malls, Golf courses, Restaurants and famous tourist attractions. In 
addition, you will enjoy of Puerto Rico temperatures from 82–90 
degrees and within driving distance: Casinos, El Yunque rain forest; 
Golf courts Berwind, Bahia Beach, Paradisus, Hyatt Rio Mar, Dorado, 
and El Conquistador golf courses  2-35 minutes distance; Ferries to

• September – October / February - March
$900 – 1,100 week
$175.00 per additional nights.


• April – August / November – January
$1,200 – 1,400 week
$200 per additional nights

• $3,800 per Month

$500 deposit is required before to confirm reservation (refundable 
if founded in same condition received) to be returned within 10 days 
after check out.

$80 utilities fee per week, when more than 1 week

$80 cleaning fee per stay, unless returned clean.
