Vacation Rental Description

with palm trees and palapas for shade, some of the best snorkeling on the island just steps from your 
room, a rock climbing and rappelling wall, a full array of water sports within walking distance, and 
the acclaimed Cozumel Golf & Country Club (Jack Nicklaus design) right across the street.  At 
Buccanos Grill, the on-property pool and beachside restaurant you can sample mouthwatering Mexican or 
Western cuisine and enjoy from a large selection of refreshing beverages.  If you want to keep in

adventures, island tours, sunset cruises, and the always popular live music and dancing in the main 
square each Sunday evening.  You also have the opportunity to travel to the mainland (Playa del 
Carmen, Xcaret, Mayan Ruins of Tulum), which is only 35 minutes by air-conditioned ferry.

Vacation Rental Rates

April 01 - November 30:$155 per night / $930 per week / $3250 per month
December 01 - March 31: $195 per night / $3995 per month
Christmas & New Years Weeks:  $280 per night

- Rates are based on Maximum occupancy 4 adults.
- Above rates do not include the 12% Mexican Tax, or the one time $10 USD Guest Service Charge.
- Payment is accepted in US currency.
- Credit Cards accepted through secure online transaction. 

Reservation Regulations:

- Deposit of 50% plus $300 security deposit due to confirm reservation.
- Balance due 45 days prior to arrival.
- Last minute rentals are welcome.
- Check-in 3:00 PM/check-out 11:00 AM.
- Cancellations made 60 days before arrival are 50% refundable, within 30 days non-refundable.
