Great South Facing 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo fully remodeled in 2007 and PET FRIENDLY.  Beautiful  
views of the  
mountains, waterfalls, lakes and the 7th Tee of the georgeous Lakes Golf Course and within a short  
walk to a very private pool and spa as well as a short walk to the Clubhouse for both gourmet and  
casual meals, tennis or the Spa and Fitness Center. 
 
Enjoy the privacy from your master bedroom and living room and the spectacular sunsets on the golf  
patio. Sitting on the patio you can enjoy the panoramic views of the golf course, waterfalls, and  
the beautiful Santa Rosa Mountains.  It is so peaceful it feels like you are the only ones there.  
 
The Lakes is a private club on 380 acres off Country Club Drive between Cook Street and Eldorado  
Drive in the flourishing City of Palm Desert and a short block to both the JW Marriot Resort and the  
top rated Desert Willows Golf Course.  
 
The grounds consist of flourishing green lawns, mature shade and ornamental trees, accented with  
desert flowers and attractively landscaped street scenes all carefully integrated into the dominant  
landscape theme of golf course, lakes and waterfalls. At the center is a magnificent 45,000 square  
foot clubhouse containing a grill, a fully equipped pro shop and a main dining room and lounge (open  
November to Mid-May) overlooking the majestic Santa Rosa Mountains. A 5,000 square foot health and  
fitness center was constructed in 1997 and expanded in 2001. As a Tenant you have full access to  
these marvelous facilities.   
 
A nearby 24 hour security guard controls the entrance gates and provides roving patrol throughout  
the community. Additional security is provided by a state of the art electronic security system  
maintained and monitored by Lakes security personnel. 
 
The Course is a spectacular 27 hole Ted Robinson designed championship golf course. Arguably  
the best maintained course in the desert it incorporates mature shade trees, grand towering palms  
and Scottish-style bunkers. In addition there are many golf courses, including the beautiful Desert  
Willows and Marriott within 1 block that are public and very challenging for your use. 
 
The Lakes include 15 championship tennis courts, eight lighted for play in the desert's balmy  
evenings. The tennis clubhouse overlooks a landscaped center court with stadium seating. As a tenant  
you have full use of this facility on a charge basis as well as the Fitness and Spa Facilities.

This fully air conditioned 1360 sq. ft. condominium has 2 large bedrooms with all new furnishings.  
The Master Suite looks out onto the golf course and has a beautiful King High Poster. The large  
Guest suite looks out onto the private Courtyard and has a Queen High Poster. Both bedrooms have  
flat screen HDTV/DVR w/remotes and multi speed ceiling fans.    
 
Their is a beautiful remodeled kitchen with granite counters and stainless sink, new oven, and  
China Cabinet with a wide open view to the golf course, water falls and Santa Rosa Mountains.  
The  Private Courtyard and garden is a great spot for a peaceful meal and is fully equipped with a  
gas BBQ has a dining table/chairs. The 2 car garage is attached  The condo has Security System and  
amenties too numerous to mention. 
 
To help you connect to work or friends there is Wireless DSL, Cordless Phones, and Unlimited USA  
Long Distance service.
