                    WEEKLY: $3995.00  MONTHLY: $11985.00  
Plus Guest House -  WEEKLY: $4600.00  MONTHLY: $14,200.00           
 
       In Season:   Nov. 1st to April 30th   (One week min. rate) 
                    WEEKLY: $4595.00   MONTHLY: $14,985.00  
Plus Guest House -  WEEKLY: $5250.00   MONTHLY: $17,200.00 
 
     Holiday Rate:  Week $4995. + Guest House $5700.00 (New Years, Valentine's Day, Easter,  
                                                        Memorial Day, 4th of July, 
                                                        Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day & Christmas) 
                   
Cleaning fee: $200.00 NOTE: Any guest staying more then one week will be required to have house 
                            keeping services at the cleaning rate.  
 
*Security/Reservation deposit required $1,500.00 to secure your dates 
 
Rental fee includes: - water, electric, gas, wood, propane, grounds 
                       keeper, cable/satellite & pool maintenance
