Your rental includes use of our 2 person canoe that is whisper quiet in the cove and allows for calm 
exploration 
or moonlit romance; it offers a great lift to the swing across the cove...while your crew yell’s 
from the upper 
deck.  Wet Garage under house offers boat slip, new dock with second tie off for guest parking or 
additional 
toys adjacent to our private deep water launch – if you have toys – bring em’ – if not we have em’ 
available!

lives in our

Seneca is a quant metropolis – a true American Town just two minutes from the door.  Seneca is a 
rejuvenating 
with restaurants, shops and social scene.  Clemson offers its own special dynamic energy with cab
