the corner from the "Tiki Hut" a five minute troll to the Marina or two minute drive. Wet garage under the house allows you to “drive in” when you arrive home by water.

The Boathouse is an ideal holiday/vacation spot with suburban convenience and unrestricted atmosphere. 
Plenty of room for Frisbee on our adjacent land which offers walk-in water access. Our private boat launch shares the driveway with the Boat House – two docks each with multiple slips available for sharing with friends. A modern home with new furnishings and social flow make this a special find and entertaining atmosphere. 

Private launch and beach area are amenities you won’t find just anywhere! All rooms (except the children’s quarters) offer large sliding glass doors that open to private balconies. Two of which, off the Master and Great Room, are hovering over the water – offering a unique fishing opportunity, morning coffee or evening beverage hang out.

Many quick service food and large regional store options are at arm’s length. 

Your rental includes use of our 2 person canoe that is whisper quiet in the cove and allows for calm exploration or moonlit romance; it offers a great lift to the swing across the cove...

Wet Garage under house offers boat slip, dock with second option for tie off provided as guest parking or additional water toys adjacent to our private deep water launch –

If you have toys – bring em’ – if not the Marina is located just around the cove and offers many boat/ski rental options.

Clemson offers its own special dynamic energy with cab service feasible just six miles from the Boathouse. Clemson’s is nationally ranked in athletics – home of the Clemson Tigers! Clemson’s campus is a sight to see with 270 acres of Botanical Gardens and the Brooks Center for the Performing Arts.

We are… an easy two hours from the beautiful Land of the Sky, Asheville, NC, hour and a half to “HotLanta” (Atlanta, GA) and two hours from Charlotte, NC.

We are located in an easy to get to spot with the option of a Scenic by-way through the Blue Ridge Mountains or scenic Hwy 11.

$300 per night for 2 night stay   $275 per night for a three night stay

$300 Holiday weekend nights.  

$1,500 per week - $1,750 Holiday weeks

Late Check out available $75  

Cleaning fee $125 

Deposit required $300 

Pets allowed with Pet Fee subject to pet up to $100.  

(10% SC room tax must be paid based on total rental amount)
