Vacation Rental Description

SunBird Golf Resort is an active adult, age-restricted, 55+ 
community located in Chandler, Arizona. SunBird is a gated community 
of homes with a 43,000-square-foot clubhouse and recreation center.

This completely furnished home has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths with an 
attached garage. It is a few minutes from supermarkets and several 
new fine dining restaurants. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

This house is located on the golf course in the middle of a short 
par-3. So while sitting on the back patio you can watch the 
complete action from tee to green! Enjoy a fine collection of DVD's 
and videos for your viewing enjoyment. The house also has a reverse 
osmosis system for drinking water plus a water softener. Owner pays 
utilities. 

This house includes the following: Air conditioning/heating, 
washer/dryer, linens provided, vacuum, iron and ironing board, queen 
bed, double bed, cable TV, cable internet, shared hot tubs, shared 
pools, full kitchen w/cooking utensils, refrigerator, microwave, 
dishwasher, gas barbeque grill, deck/patio w/patio table and 
chairs.No Smoking/No Pets.

Activities and Attractions

The SunBird community has many recreation opportunities; a 
challenging 18-hole executive golf course(four additional par-72 
golf courses within a 10 minute drive of SunBird), four tennis 
courts, an aerobic workout room, locker rooms, sauna, two Jacuzzi, 
two swimming pools, six shuffleboard courts, six billiard tables, 
two horseshoe pits, ceramics room, lapidary room and a 12,000-square-
foot ballroom with hardwood floors. The clubhouse also has a library 
and restaurant with bar. A US Post Office is also on site.

Chandler has a fine-arts center that has scheduled performances 
along with the new Chandler Fashion Center. The Diamondbacks and 
Cardinals Stadium are only 30 minutes away. You will also find the 
Desert Botanical Gardens and zoo just a short distance away. Other 
areas to visit are the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Flagstaff, Tucson and 
Mexico. The clubhouse offers day trips to several of these 
interesting locations.
