Vacation Rental Description

Sun, beaches, views and affordable rates - these deluxe vacation
rentals have them all! Makai Surf: our name for Unit 513 at Kihei
Surfside, an oceanfront 1-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo unit in South Kihei
- just steps from Keawakapu, Wailea's first beach and one of Maui's
best. Makai Vista: our name for Unit D-614 at Kihei Akahi, an
ocean-view 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo unit in South Kihei, with panoramic
vistas of Maui and the blue Pacific and across from Kamaole Beach Park II.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Both Makai Surf and Makai Vista are completely redecorated and fully
furnished for relaxed island living. You'll find a fully equipped
kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, telephone with answering
machine (free local calls), and ceiling fans. A firm queen bed and an
extra-large and extra-thick queen sofabed - both with quality linens
and bedding - provide comfortable accommodations for four. Elegant
island-style furniture includes an entertainment center with color
cable TV, DVD/VCR, radio/CD/cassette, and free high-speed Internet
(Ethernet and wireless). Makai Vista has air conditioning. Makai Vista
has a washer and dryer in the unit; at Makai Surf they are available
in the laundry room.

Activities and Attractions

Makai Surf is located at Kihei Surfside, a small, quiet condominium
complex. Kihei Surfside's grounds feature a heated oceanfront swimming
pool, barbeques, spacious lawn with putting green, and on-site laundry
facilities. An adjacent complex offers a fine restaurant and
convenience store. Supermarkets, shopping areas, and other restaurants
are a short drive away.

Makai Vista is located at Kihei Akahi, a complete and well-maintained
condominium resort. Kihei Akahi's lush grounds feature two swimming
pools, barbeque grills, and a tennis court on-site. An adjacent
shopping center has several restaurants offering convenient, casual
dining. Supermarkets and several other shopping areas are nearby.

A $200-$500 deposit is required within 10 days of booking to confirm a
reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. We accept
checks and major credit cards.
