Consumable items:
A predetermined amount of paper goods, soaps, cleaning
supplies, etc., will be provided upon move-in but will become
responsibility of the tenant to replenish for personal use.

Unit is equipped with standard kitchen items including dishes,
glassware, utensils, and small appliances, as well as standard
pillows, sheets, bedding, and towels.
Should tenant require special pillows or bedding, it is suggested
tenant bring their own.

Owner will not be responsible for bodily injury or loss or damage to
tenant's personal property. Tenant agrees to abide by all rules and
regulations of community. Any violations that result in a fine will
be paid by tenant.

Weekly rental fee: $1000 per week, plus $125 cleaning fee and $250
Security Deposit

Monthly rental rate: $3250 per month, plus $150 cleaning fee and $500
Security Deposit

Nightly rates available:

$150/night Sunday - Thursday (plus $100 cleaning fee and $200 Security
Deposit)

$200/night Friday & Saturday (plus a $100 cleaning fee and $200
Security Deposit)

Holiday & Holiday Weekend rental rates: $250/night (plus $150
cleaning fee and $300
Security Deposit)

3 night minimum

Cancellation Policy � A thirty (30) day notice is required for
cancellation. Cancellations that are made less than thirty (30) days
prior to the arrival date will forfeit their deposit. Cancellations
made thirty (30) to (60) days prior to arrival date will forfeit 50%
of the deposit. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened
stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the
full advance payment and security deposit. Cancellation or early
departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
