Our penthouse condo with cathedral ceilings features three bedrooms, two baths and nearly 1400 square feet of waterfront luxury living. The
Master bedroom has an extremely comfortable king size bed and great
view of the ICW from two large windows. The Master bath has double
sinks, full glass shower with a hand-held water massage. The second
bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has two twins.
Each bedroom is also furnished with full-size dressers, mirrors,
nightstands, chairs and lots of natural light. FREE WIFI, three televisions, two DVD players, a full-size washer and
dryer and a one-car garage add up to a combination of entertainment
and convenience!

The Living Room has 2 comfy denim couches, one that pulls out to a
queen sleeper with an innerspring mattress, as well as a new large flat screen TV for HDTV. Dining Area seats 6 comfortably around a coastal glass top table. All rooms have ceiling fans. Fully stocked kitchen with dishes, pots & pans, blender,
coffee maker, dish washer, toaster, microwave, lobster pot, glass
top stove and corian counter tops.

All utilities included: phone, electric, AC/heat, free Wireless Internet, cable TV.

Other amenities included: bicycles, beach towels, Beach umbrella & binoculars.

Local activities available: Swimming in the heated pool or the
nearby (1.5 miles away) beach, golf, boating,kayak on the IntraCoastal with the dolphins, tennis, surfing, fishing, walking, bike riding, sightseeing (St. Augustine's historic
forts, Daytona Beach raceway), shopping at nearby outlet mall,
eating out at local restaurants or European Village.

We've also stocked the place with board games, VCRs, DVD players, 
and you have use of the Pool Table in our clubhouse.

A 25% deposit is required to secure this property. The remaining
balance is due 30 days prior to rental date. Reservations made less
than 30 days before arrival require full payment. $250 security
deposit is required and will be refunded within 3
weeks of departure as long as unit is in acceptable condition with
no damage.
