Vacation Rental Description

Come be the first one to stay in our new 2008 beach block 
condominium located on 23rd Street. Our unit has fantastic views of 
the boardwalk and ocean from the front deck. Enjoy the quick walk to 
the beach without any streets to cross or head up to the boardwalk 
and stroll only 2 blocks to the amusement park rides.  

 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Our condo will be fully furnished with ALL BRAND NEW furniture in 
every room.    Our beach condo will always be nonsmoking and no pets. 
Cable TV and wireless internet access provided for our guest's 
convenience at no additional charge.  We also treat each family with 
a welcome amenity upon arrival. 

The kitchen will be fully furnished with all the necessities for 
cooking the easiest meals or a gourmet dish.

A clean, wooden crib is available for the little ones.

Our guests will have access to the storage closet, which includes a 
wagon, sand toys, beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and 4 adult 
beach chairs.  No need to rent bicycles, we have 2 adult bicycles and 
2 child bicycles also located in the storage closet.
