We have folks already scheduling their second and third visit. 


APRIL & MAY are beautiful out here!! Rent for 1 month and pay a total of only $2,700 
that's only $90 per day for 
an entire furnished house and includes utilities, gated community fees,pool 
maintenance, tv etc..  Don't get 
stuck in a small hotel room hitting you with "resort" fees and hidden charges.

CUSTOMIZE your vacation; surprise a loved one-Let us know if your 
trip marks a special occasion (as long as we are in town we’ll have 
that bottle of champagne ready for you and/or the birthday cake 
waiting in the fridge-additional charges apply). Light shopping is 
also available; arrive at your home knowing basic groceries are 
already on site. 

Nature Lovers: Experience Red Rock Canyon/Mt Charleston/Valley of 
Fire State Park/Lake Mead, enjoy a helicopter ride to the Grand 
Canyon or a day trip to Zion National Park, Utah and return to your 
retreat to relax at your private pool. Get together for a BBQ or end 
a busy day gathering around the fireplace. 

The home is located in a quiet gated community only 3 minutes away 
from Green Valley Ranch Casino and the District. Green Valley Ranch 
offers eight great restaurants, the exciting Whiskey Bar, and the 
District, featuring over 40 fine shops, boutiques, and restaurants. 
In addition at the Green Valley Ranch Casino you will find a 
tranquil Spa, and a multiplex movie theatre.

This home offers 3 bedrooms. The large master bedroom suite has a 
queen-size bed and a nice master bath with a walk-in closet. The 
second bedroom provides a Queen-size bed and the third bedroom two 
twin size or one queen-convertable as needed. This room can function 
as a cozy den/office if not used as bedroom. There is a laundry room 
with washer and dryer. 

The backyard is large and features a Pool with Waterfall, patio with 
furniture and a barbeque grill. All linens and towels are provided 
along with Toilet Paper, Kitchen Towels and Shampoo. 
We also have Coffee and Tea on site.
